Mrs. Swanson is a resident of the Graybeard Motel. She is generally known to be forgetful, possibly having dementia. She appeared once in the book, giving Chase Ambrose $20 as a "tip". However, Chase didn't take it, so Aaron and Bear did. By the time they left, she forgot they were ever there.
